Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs hit with two new lawsuits alleging he sexually assaulted 10- and 17-year-olds

sean”Diddy” Combs was hit with two new lawsuits Monday accusing the rapper of drugs and sexual assaults two men who were minors at the time, one just 10 years old.

Both lawsuits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee.

the lawyer, who has already filed several lawsuits against Combs, he said more than 100 people planned to file lawsuits against him over the alleged sexual abuse and exploitation.

The first of new processes alleges that Combs assaulted the plaintiff in 2005 when he was a 10-year-old aspiring actor traveling from California with his parents to meet with music industry representatives, the Associated Press reported.

According to the lawsuit, he was taken to Combs’ hotel room, where he performed several rap songs for the audition. Combs told him he had potential and asked if he was committed to pursuing music. The complainant replied that he would “do anything”, the BBC reported.

The plaintiff was given a drugged soda by one of Combs’ associates, the lawsuit alleges, and ordered to perform a sexual act by the rapper. Eventually, the plaintiff lost consciousness and woke up in pain and with his pants unzipped.

The suit claims Combs said it would hurt the boy’s parents if they told anyone what happened.

Second lawsuit accuses Combs of assaulting 17-year-old at audition for reality TV series Making the bandwhich he produced in 2008. Combs and his bodyguard forced the young man into sexual acts, the suit states, and removed him from the competition when he resisted.

In a statement to The Associated Press, Combs’ representatives said: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Comb it being held without bond in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after he was arrested on racketeering and sex trafficking charges in September, prosecutors alleging that the rapper and his associates threatened, coerced and abused several people around him “to fulfill his sexual desires,” including forcing the victims into taped sexual activities, which he called “Freak Offs”.

His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5.

In addition to questioning witnesses, prosecutors are removing potential evidence from more than 90 devices they seized from Combs’ properties.

Combs’ legal team has filed a petition to identify the alleged victims in his lawsuits so they can prepare their defenses. They also filed a motion to gag the alleged victims, arguing their statements could prejudice a potential jury against him.

The rapper has been accused of sex crimes by more than 120 alleged victims so far. Combs has denied all the allegations against him. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said the rapper plans to testify at his trial.
