The Colorado High School Activities Association has released the brackets for the Class 2A-5A boys state soccer tournaments, and five local teams have made the cut.

While four of those teams will open their tournament campaigns as underdogs on the road, one will begin the playoffs on their home court.

Greeley Central (12-2-1) is the 14th seed in the 32-team 4A postseason. The Wildcats host No. 19 Harrison (10-2-3) at a time to be determined Thursday at District 6 Soccer Stadium.

The winner advances to the second round on Nov. 6 and will face whichever team wins a first-round matchup between No. 3 Air Academy (11-1-2) and No. 30 D’Evelyn (7-5-2).

State tournament regular Windsor (8-5-2) is the 17th seed in the 4A tournament. The Wizards face No. 16 Gold (9-3-3) on the road in the first round on Thursday, with the winner taking on top-seeded Mullen (11-2-2) or the No. 1 Falcons. 32 (4-10-1). ) in the second round on November 6.

Northridge (10-5) is the No. 23 seed in the 4A playoffs. It will face No. 10 Regis Groff (9-3-3) on the road in the first round on Thursday for a chance to face No. 7 Cheyenne Mountain (9-5-1) or No. 26 Pueblo West (9) . -5-1) in the second round November 6.

Fort Lupton (10-5) is the 21st seed in the 32-team 3A postseason. He will face the 12th-seeded The Academy (8-4-3) away from home on Wednesday. The winner advances to the second round on Nov. 5 and will face No. 5 Roaring Fork (10-3-2) or No. 28 Rocky Mountain Prep SMART Ocelotis (5-7-3).

Weld Central (7-6-1) is the No. 32 seed in the 3A playoffs. The Rebels face a tough road challenge as they face top-seeded Holy Family (11-2-2) in Wednesday’s first round. The winner advances to the second round on November 5 and will face Jesuitul Arrupe no. 16 (9-3-3) or Stargate school no. 17 (7-5-3).
