Afcons Infrastructure IPO Day 2 LIVE Updates: The initial public offering (IPO) of Afcons Infrastructure Ltd, the flagship infrastructure company of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, opened for subscription on Friday, October 25 and is entering its second day of bidding today. The public issue will remain open until Tuesday, October 29. Afcons Infrastructure’s IPO price range was set at ₹440 to ₹463 per share. At the higher end of the price band, the company plans to grow ₹5,430 crore from the book-built issue, which is a combination of a fresh issue of 2.7 million equity shares ₹1,250 crore and the offer for sale of 9.03 crore shares worth Rs ₹4,180 million euros.
