NJ mother of 5 shot dead, another injured outside store

A woman was killed and a man was wounded in a shooting outside a convenience store near downtown Millville, authorities said Monday.

Eric Bundy-Johnson and Francessca Delvalle, both 34, of Vineland, were arrested and charged with murder in the death of Bonnie Hutchins, 41, of Bridgeton, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Bundy-Johnson was also charged with conspiracy and weapons offenses. No attorney information for either was available Monday.

Hitchens and a 32-year-old Millville man were sitting in a car in an East Green Street parking lot when they were shot at 10:37 a.m., police said. Hitchens was hit several times in the passenger seat.

She was taken to Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, where she was pronounced dead. The injured man was taken to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he was in stable condition Monday, police said.

Police provided a motive for the attack.

Relatives of both Hitchens and the man said 6abc.com that Hitchens was the mother of five children.
