    PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — At least one person was arrested following a high-speed police chase in the Rhawnhurst section of Philadelphia.

    The pursuit ended around 1 a.m. Monday after officers stopped the driver in a restaurant parking lot near Rhawn Street and Roosevelt Boulevard.

    Action News is working to determine why police were following the driver.
