Tracking more above-average temperatures

CLEVELAND — A few clouds will be with us this evening and mostly clear for the night. Temperatures will be cooler in the region as winds begin to drop. This will allow temperatures to drop into the 30s. Mid to mid 30s for most away from the lakeshore will be a good bet. So grab your winter jacket if you plan to be out late tonight or early Sunday.

Dress warmly for Sunday’s Browns game, especially if you’re heading out the door in the morning. It will be a light game with 5-10 mph winds.

Warmer weather returns next week, with temperatures climbing into the 70s by next Tuesday. Right now we’re expecting some Halloween rain with mild temperatures in the 60s and 70s until a cold front moves through on Thursday. Plan time in the 50s for trick or treating.

What to expect:

  • Mostly clear and colder overnight
  • More sun on Sunday
  • Seasonally cool temperatures
  • Great warm up for the start of the work week
  • Plan for Halloween rain
