Lizzo made a rather silly reference to her on one recent “South Park” episode. and turned it into a hilarious Halloween costume.

The Grammy-winning singer shared a series of new posts Instagram verified on Saturday she showed off her outfit, which consisted of a fake medicine box bearing her name along with several warnings in small print, including “FDA approved,” “Diet suppressant” and “For single patient only “.

Instead of a belt, Lizzo wore a measuring tape that cinched the boxy dress at the waist.

In her first pic, Lizzo posed in an old-school print ad that asked, “Need some self-love? Try Lizzo! Lose your guilt, gain self-confidence.” Her caption for the post read: “Ok Halloween… you can start now.”

Subsequent posts included a video clip showing Lizzo dancing in her costume in front of a cutout of the “South Park” character Cartman while playing audio from the show’s Ozempic episode.

The May episode, titled “South Park: The End of Obesity,” satirized the growing popularity of weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic and Mounjaro and included a fake ad for a fake product called “Lizzo”.

In a scene from the series, the “South Park” characters Sharon and Sheila discuss the “amazing” new drugs Sharon has been taking to manage her weight, but since her insurance only covers weight loss drugs for those with diabetes, Sharon reveals, “There’s a whole new obesity drug for those of us who can’t afford Ozempic and Mounjaro.”

The scene then cuts to a fake commercial advertising “Lizzo,” a drug that “makes you feel good about your weight and costs 90% less than Ozempic.”

“In case studies, 70% of patients on Lizzo stopped caring how much they weighed,” says the fake ad’s narrator.

“Lizzo helps you eat all you want and keep physical activity to a minimum… Ask about the power of not giving a shit, with Lizzo,” adds the ad, along with a number of side effects.

In her live reaction video on Instagram and TikTok at the time, Lizzo said: “It’s crazy, I feel like damn, I’m really that badass.”

“I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a damn, to the point where these guys in Colorado know who the hell I am and put it in their cartoons that have been around for 25 years.” she added, referring to “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who met at the University of Colorado Boulder and brought the show to the state.

Lizzo has long been an advocate for body positivity and has spoken out about the body shaming she faces on social media.
