WESTON, W.Va. (WDTV) –

The Family Resource Network Center of Lewis County held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday for the family support center’s new location.

This new space will be used primarily for training, events, classes and a success closet.

The director of the family support center points out that this will invite the community in.

“Our first location is primarily used for panty and food management. So we wanted to have a place where the community could come in and do classes, and we offer parenting classes and stuff, so we needed a bigger space.”

Officials say with this new location added, they can offer more services and programs to the community.
