Deputies provided an update on a property damage accident that occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning in Victor.

Around 3:30 a.m., Tiffany Ann Smith, 44, was involved in a property damage accident along County Road 41.

After the investigations, it was established that the 44-year-old man was intoxicated.

She was released to a third party and charged with DWI.

The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
