Home improvement actor Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested for his second DUI charge this year.

According to the Custer County Sheriff’s Office RECORDSstar was booked on Oct. 25 at 8:34 a.m. for allegedly driving under the influence and failure to present a valid driver’s license. The charge comes after a DUI earlier this year at his La Quinta, Calif. residence in February on rEPORTS. At the time, he was arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges of alleged contempt of court. Bryan was able to post a total bond of $65,000 for his release the same day.

On TMZBryan has three or more prior convictions and could face up to 3 years in prison if convicted. The report also claimed that Bryan refused to submit to a field sobriety test and was involved in an accident that resulted in property damage.

This news follows a string of legal issues Bryan has faced over the years, including a arrested on a charge of domestic violence last year. Before that, he pleaded guilty in 2021 on two felony charges in an Oregon domestic violence case. He was given 3 years probation and required to participate in a batterer intervention program.

Best known for his role as eldest son Brad Taylor in the 1990s ABC sitcom Tim Allen, other TV credits include Veronica Mars, Burn Notice, Smallville, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, ER, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and the Knight Rider reboot, among others. He was an executive producer on the 2018 feature film The kindergarten teacher starring Maggie Gyllenhaal.
