DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – A second person has been charged in a assault at a Davenport strip club earlier this year.

Police said Dzeat J. Beciri, 44, of Silvis, held the victim’s brother in a headlock, preventing him from intervening in the attack that left him with a fractured skull and a fractured jaw after being punched in the head in Daisy Dooks parking lot on April 13th.

Beciri was booked into the Scott County Jail Thursday on charges of willful injury causing serious injury, a Class C felony; assault while participating in a felony, a Class D felony; and participating in a riot, a Class D felony.

Online jail records show he posted $5,000 and was released a short time later. He has a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.

Michael McFedries, 45, of Davenport was arrested April 30 on assault and charged with willful injury causing serious injury.
