Yeismin Ramirez faces multiple charges, including manslaughter

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (Waffle) – An 18-year-old man from Albertville is facing multiple charges, including manslaughter.

Yeismin Ramirez was booked into the Marshall County Jail around 8:30 p.m. Thursday, according to jail records.

Marshall County Assistant District Attorney Adam Culbert confirmed that Ramirez was driving in the wreck which killed two teenagers near Arley Lacey Road and Blessing Road on Wednesday. Culbert said alcohol was involved in the incident.

Ramirez is charged with two counts of first-degree assault and one count of manslaughter.

She is being held on a $500,000 bond.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is taking over the investigation.
