Choreographed by Jani Master recently shared an emotional video of his reunion with his family after being granted provisional bail. Jani Master was arrested on September 19 for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman, who was a minor at the time of the incident. The choreographer has now shared a clip with his family and said “the truth will prevail”.

“They took a lot from us in these 37 days. The prayers of my family and well-wishers have brought me here today. Truth is often eclipsed but never extinguished, it will prevail one day. This phase of life that my entire family has gone through will pierce my heart forever (sic),” the full caption reads.

Jani Master was granted bail by the Telangana High Court on October 24. He later shared a video in which he was seen hugging his wife and their children.

The video was set to the tune of Animal’s song, ‘Papa Meri Jaan’. Netizens were not amused when one person wrote: “Of course your family will be in pain but at the end of the day you are accused. Apart from the trolls and all, you didn’t go to jail joining social service, you went to jail for rape and harassment of women, but you act like a social worker (sic).”

“Justice was served soon and I hope you didn’t make any mistakes!! (sic),” read another comment.

After the allegations against Jani Master came to light, the National Award for Best Choreographer was promptly revoked.
