The 23-year-old from Tampa is accused of pretending to be a 14-year-old homeschooled girl. Police say the gambit was designed to lure teenage boys into engaging in sexual acts with her.

One of the alleged victims was 12 years old. She was 21 at the time.

Now, newly released police body camera footage captures her father claiming his daughter is the real victim.

Police swooped on Zinger’s home in November 2023 to seize his cellphone following allegations that he had filmed a sexual encounter with one of the teenagers.

“We’ve done nothing but be 100 percent cooperative,” he told officers, adding that the situation “is dire.”

“(My daughter) messed with the wrong kid, even though he’s much younger,” the father said. “My daughter, she had no trouble in her life – even though he’s young, she’s never had any trouble in her life – until she started being with him.”

The defensive father then declared the young victim “crazy”.

He said: “Like I said, my daughter has never been in trouble in her life, this kid is 14, he has girls at home, he’s videotaping them, doing porn at 14. My daughter is 22 years old, she was a virgin until 14 years old. he was 21 years old.”

But according to cops, Alyssa Zinger was no Little Miss Goody Two Shoes. Investigators say Zinger allegedly engaged in more than 30 sexual acts with five boys.

To get into their hearts and pants, she claimed to be homeschooled and targeted her first victim on Snapchat. She then began a sexual relationship with the boy.

Since her arrest in September 2023, she has been hit again after four more alleged victims came forward, claiming they were targeted for sex with Zinger.

Police say he had sex with the first alleged victim on multiple occasions and sent a pornographic video of the pair to several other boys via Snapchat. The boys thought he was 14.

She was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious assault and five counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim who is between 12 and 15 years old. The age of consent in Florida is 18.

She pleaded not guilty and was initially released on bail.

However, last July, Zinger ran afoul of the law again when she and her first victim were arrested for allegedly shoplifting from a Nordstrom store. She told the officer she was born in 2009 – instead of her actual birth date of 2001.

She then allegedly claimed to the police suspect that she had a half-sister with the same name. Her employers at the supermarkets confirmed her real identity.

“You don’t really seem to understand the issue here,” Judge Laura Ward told Zinger in April. “You’re the problem here. Your actions on these guys are illegal. And it’s not okay, either they took the video or you made the video. You are the only adult.”

Zinger’s request for pretrial release in June was torpedoed, and she remains locked up in the county jail pending trial.
