Diddy accused of sexually assaulting 39-year-old man at party: complaint

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault in a complaint by a man who says he was 39 at the time of the alleged abuse.

The unidentified plaintiff claims he was drugged by Combs during a party at a New York City house in 2022, according to a complaint filed in New York federal court and obtained by PEOPLE.

Plaintiff alleges in the complaint that he attended the party with friends and was given a drink that made him disoriented and lose control of his body. Then it went black.

After regaining consciousness, the man says he woke up in a “dark bedroom with black walls on a bed with black sheets,” according to the complaint. The plaintiff claims he then found Combs “on top of him, sodomizing him.”

The man claims he then fought with the music mogul and ran into a bathroom before leaving the party.

The latest complaint is one of five filed on Tuesday, November 19, by clients represented by Tony Busbeea prominent attorney based in Houston. Buzbee had previously announced that it represents more than 100 clients accusing Combs of wrongdoing.

The most recent filings include one from another man who claims Combs raped him in Miami in 2022, and an 18-year-old woman who claims she was drugged and forced to perform oral sex with Combs and other unnamed men in 2001. while the mogul splashed champagne. on her.

A sixth, handwritten complaint, filed Nov. 19, was mailed by an inmate currently serving a prison sentence for manslaughter in upstate New York. The man claims he was a minor in 2018 when he was allegedly drugged by his own mother and raped by Combs.

Combs denied any sexual abuse. His lawyers previously said in a statement following the first wave of complaints filed by Buzbee’s clients that the mogul “cannot address any meritless allegations in what has become a reckless media circus,” but that he “emphatically” denied that sexually abused someone.

The wave of accusations comes as Combs is faces criminal charges in federal court. He is currently behind bars following an indictment in September for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

His criminal trial is currently scheduled for May 2025.
