Shreveport man found guilty of sexually assaulting a teenager multiple times

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Anthony Hollis has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a teenager on multiple occasions.

On November 19, a jury of eight men and four women found Anthony Hollis, 52, guilty of sexual assault that occurred on multiple occasions between November 2020 and November 2022.

Hollis was arrested on September 28 after the 13-year-old victim told a family friend that Hollis molested her between the ages of 11 and 12. The victim said Hollis ordered her to perform oral sex, groped her in the shower and told the victim not to tell anyone.

Hollis is due back in court Jan. 9 for his sentencing on a charge of sexually assaulting a victim under 13 by an offender 17 or older. He faces at least 25 years and up to 99 years in prison at hard labor, with at least 25 years to be served without parole, probation or suspension.
