Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a 39-year-old man who attended a 2022 house party hosted by Combs “in a large, glamorous New York home,” according to a new lawsuit filed late Tuesday.

The anonymous complainant, who now lives in Georgia, said he attended the party with friends and consumed alcohol provided to him by others at the party.

“After consuming the drink, the plaintiff began to feel disoriented and began to lose control of his body and lose consciousness,” the suit says, mirroring a fact pattern of other anonymous accusers represented by attorneys for personal injury lawsuits that have filed numerous other lawsuits against Combs. .

One of those lawyers, Tony Buzbee, was sued this week by an anonymous plaintiff with some connection to Combs, who accused Buzbee and his firm of extortion.

According to Combs’ new accuser, when he regained consciousness, “he was in a dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets. Everything around him was dark. The plaintiff was horrified to find Combs on top of , sodomizing him.”

Another new accuser said he was an actor in the late 1990s and early 2000s when Combs and others sexually assaulted him after luring him to New York for a possible role in a music video.

“Appellant heard Combs say ‘she’s going to do it.’ Combs then told the plaintiff he could sit down again,” the lawsuit said.

The man said he was given a soda laced with something that made him pass out. “His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross on it that Combs wore during the interview. Plaintiff tried to push him off, but he felt dizzy and sick whenever he tried to move. In addition. , Combs’ bodyguard was holding the plaintiff’s arms,” the lawsuit said.

A third new accuser said she was 17 in 2004 when Combs sexually assaulted her at a Fourth of July party in the Hamptons.

“Combs and two of his bodyguards approached the complainant and threatened her. Combs told the plaintiff that she would be in danger if she spoke about what happened, stating that he “ruled New York and he was going to ruin her.” At this point, plaintiff admitted that at least Combs sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious, she feared for her life,” her lawsuit said.

In a statement to ABC News on Tuesday, Combs’ attorneys addressed the case against Buzbee, saying, “The racketeering lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts designed to to extract payments. from celebrities who are afraid of having lies spread about them, as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs.”

Regarding the sexual assault cases, Combs’ attorneys said, “Mr. Combs has complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – – male or female, adult or minor.”
