State police have arrested a Johnstown woman on burglary charges.

Leslie J. Davis, 55, was seen by a Perth homeowner on Nov. 10 going through their trash, according to police. Davis then left the scene in a vehicle. The homeowner later realized that Davis had entered the home and taken items.

Davis was arrested on Nov. 12 and taken to the Fulton County Jail pending arraignment.
