OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Police are investigating a reported shooting in Omaha Monday morning.

Officers were called to the Omaha VA Medical Center around 12:30 a.m. for a report of a shooting victim. The victim, a 70-year-old man, told officers he was shot near the intersection of 24th and Lake streets Monday morning. He said he didn’t know where the shot came from.

The victim’s injuries are not life-threatening.
