The Erie Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a burglary.

On Sunday at 8:59 p.m., police responded to a reported robbery at a convenience store near Carr Street and Briggs Street. The store clerk told officers that a man approached the register and heard the suspect say “I’m putting all the money in the bag.”

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 25-30 years old, thin, six feet tall, with a mustache and beard. The suspect was wearing a light pink or orange jacket. The suspect did not display a weapon or make any threats and left the store on foot.
