Supermodel Kate Upton seek legal advice following an apparent ’emergency’.

“Really asking…lawyers/judges/lawyers/parents: A father, recently out of rehabilitation traveling alone with his 10-year-old daughter,” Upton, 32, wrote via her Instagram Story on Friday, Nov. 15. “He gets drunk and on pills, says he has a gun on him and threatens to shoot the taxi. driver if they DON’T leave them on the freeway at midnight to go home.”

She continued: “Luckily the taxi driver refuses and would rather be shot than leave the little girl on the motorway. Is this an emergency? A murder? Would you be afraid for your child?”

Upton also added a “Feedback” box to her upload where social media users could submit their own responses.

Upton did not address her message further or reveal who she was referring to.

She has previously been candid about her family life. Upton shares 5-year-old daughter Genevieve, nicknamed “Vivi,” with her husband Justin Verlander.

“He’s always so involved,” Upton previously praised her husband’s bond with Vivi during a 2021 appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. “He is the best partner. He’s just not the best dog dad. Like, he helped almost zero with Norman, but took almost every night shift with Vivi. So, I’m still a little bitter about it.”

Verlander, 41, feels the same way about Upton as a mother.

“She was the most amazing woman and the most amazing mother,” the MLB star said exclusively We weekly in March 2019. “I knew she would be a great example for our daughter no matter what. She is the person she is, she is the person I married. I’ve always admired her for her strength.”

Verlander added at the time, “Just seeing her interact, all the care and everything that goes with being a mom, it’s been amazing to watch. I know it’s not easy for her either, but they have a pretty big connection and it’s really special for me to be able to witness that and be a part of it.”

Upton and Verlander they were married since 2017. Earlier this year, she gave a brief update on their home life with Vivi.

“He likes to dress up with me. I think she has better style than me and Justin, so she picks all her clothes,” Upton quipped People in April. “And that makes me so happy because clothes are such a creative expression of you and I love that she’s discovered that even at her age. She’s becoming more and more herself and I love that.”
