The boxing legend’s age got the best of him during the fight, with him only landing a few punches against his opponent during their rounds.

The fans were left unimpressed by the match, with several boos towards the end of the eighth round.

Several celebrities were in attendance to watch the fight including Charlize Theron, Joe Jonas, Shaquille O’Neal, Cedric the Entertainer, Rosie Perez, Jerry Jones Roy Jones Jr., Rob Gronkowski and many more.

Paul made his big entrance in a low rider alongside his brother, Logan. He also came to Phil Collins’ “In the Air Tonight,” which is the same song Tyson performed in the 2009 comedy “The Hangover.”

Meanwhile, Tyson kept it simple, going solo without a large entourage. He paid tribute to his late daughter Exodus, who tragically died aged 4 when she was strangled to death in 2009 by a treadmill cord, with her name sewn into his shorts.

Tensions were high leading up to the highly anticipated fight, which took place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Things quickly turned violent after the Internet star, who was wearing shoes, crawled up to Tyson and stomped on his bare toes.

After the former undisputed world heavyweight champion slapped Paul, several people quickly intervened and pulled the father-of-seven back.

Paul laughed off the incident and started roaring the crowd, yelling, “Let’s go!”

During a interview with The New York PostTyson went into detail about why he snapped his opponent.

“I wanted to think it happened by accident. But now I think it might have happened on purpose,” added the father of seven. USA TODAY Sports via Reuters Con

“I was in socks and he had shoes. He stepped on my toe because he is a king, he explained.

“I was in a lot of pain. I had to answer.”

Paul, meanwhile, was unfazed by the blow, telling the media that he “didn’t even feel it.”
