Wednesday

• 10:20 a.m. The police were called to an assault. No location provided.

Thursday

• 1:46 a.m. Police were called to the Circle-K store at 650 S. Emery St. in connection with a theft. Two men allegedly left with stolen goods in an unknown vehicle.

• 2:11 a.m.: Officers responded to an accident in the 800 block of Martin Street. A man was arrested for driving under the influence and was arrested and released on a summons.

• 2:33 a.m. Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Mountain View Avenue to investigate a theft.

• 3:06 a.m. Police responded to a report of a theft in the 600 block of South Emery Street.

• 10:36 a.m. A Longmont resident reported burglary and theft in the 2400 block of Ninth Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

• 5:24 pm Police responded to someone allegedly driving under the influence.

• 6:29 p.m. Law enforcement was called to the 1700 block of Antero Drive for a report of a disturbance. Police have a suspect facing an assault charge.
