There are 46,000 authorized economic posts, divided as follows:

• 28,539 in the Collaborators Area;
• 82 in the Operators Area;
• 12,549 first economic posts in the Assistants Zone;
• 5,127 second economic posts in the Assistants Zone.

All staff with a permanent employment contract classified in the Collaborators Zone, Operators Zone or Assistants Zone can participate.

The basic requirement is to have at least five years of service in the area (excluding the current year). The selection procedure will be carried out by attending a specific training course and will end with a final test.

Resources

The decree establishes the criteria for the allocation of the ATA personnel economic functions fund for the triennium 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27, in a total amount of 137,720,000 euros. Resources are allocated as follows:

The new positions

The share of 64,503,972.28 euros allocated for the establishment of 46,297 new economic positions is divided as follows:

• 27,645,176.94 gross state euros allocated for the establishment of 28,539 new economic positions in the Collaborator Zone;
• 91,531.14 gross state euros allocated for the establishment of 82 new economic positions in the Operators Zone;
• 22,576,390.30 gross state euros allocated for the establishment of 12,549 new first economy jobs in the Assistants Zone;
• 14,190,873.90 gross state euros allocated for the establishment of 5,127 new second economic positions in the Assistants Zone.

The contingent of 46,297 new economic posts is distributed territorially in proportion to the size of the provincial legal staff in each of the beneficiary professional fields.

The amounts of the increases
