GREENVILLE, NC (WITN) – A woman wanted for stabbing her father this morning is now in custody.

Greenville police are expected to release more details soon.

The stabbing on Trace Court put John Paul II Catholic High School on a modified lockdown because the school is about a half-mile away. The school says the lockdown has since been lifted.

Police say the 30-year-old woman stabbed her father in the arm.

The stabbing happened around 8:30 a.m. and the suspect was caught around 11:00 a.m.

A neighbor tells WITN he saw a man covered in blood coming out of the house.
