• Rosemary Beach is in region 30A of the Florida area, which becomes a beloved tourist spot.
• The city is known for its cobbled streets and European vibes. I found it charming but expensive.
• I would go back, but Rosemary Beach would not be the first place I would want to stay in 30A.

Although I have lived in Florida for many years, I only recently visited Rosemary Beach.

It is known for its distinctly European feel, with gas street lamps, cobbled streets, outdoor cafes and colonial inspired architecture. It is also one of the many cities in the 30Athe beach-filled stretch between Panama City and Destin that many call the “Hamptons of the South.”

But while the area reminded me of Cannes or Florence, it wasn’t the highlight of my trip to 30A.
