FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) – On Tuesday, November 12th at approximately 3:30 p.m., Fargo Police received a report of suspicious activity at the Gate City Bank located in the 3900 block of 13th Avenue South.

Officers determined that multiple individuals attempted to illegally use another person’s personally identifiable information.

The investigation resulted in the arrest of the following individuals for conspiracy to commit the unlawful use of personally identifiable information:

Aerige Majhi, 20, Fargo resident (Male)
Alisha Jagar, 19-year-old Fargo resident (female)
Joel Rodriguez, 38, no permanent address (male)

Rodriguez and Majhi have extensive criminal records in Cass County, according to court records. Valley News Live will continue to update you after formal charges are filed.
