Six alleged members of the South American Theft Ring are facing charges in connection with two recent burglaries in Woodbury, according to Nassau police.

Authorities say the suspects, all from Huntington, went through the roof of Florique Florists around 3 a.m. Thursday.

The group then cut through a wall and entered a neighboring jewelry store. They left empty-handed and fled the scene in a gray Dodge Durango.

Police say the suspects used radio jamming devices to prevent police from receiving the alarm.

All six are charged with burglary and criminal mischief. They were released without bail.
