Victims of work-related sexual harassment do not have the option to report incidents anonymously at more than three in ten medium and large companies, discouraging affected employees from coming forward and seeking support.

New research from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency indicates that almost all employers have a formal policy on sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace, as well as comprehensive processes for employees to disclose incidents.
