HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – A woman was taken to the hospital after she passed out at Hartford High School.

The Hartford Fire Department responded to the high school at 8:25 a.m. for a report of a female passing out.

CPR was started on the woman before firefighters arrived, according to Mario Oquendo, Jr., District Chief, Public Information Officer, Hartford Fire Department.

Firefighters took over until EMS arrived at the high school.

The woman was transported to the hospital. Her condition is unknown.

Officials could not confirm the woman’s connection to the high school.

Channel 3 reached out to Hartford Public Schools but did not hear back.
