Another minor suspect is now charged First-degree murder in the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy at Rotella Parksaid Friday, in a press release, the 17th Judicial Prosecutor’s Office.

The prosecutor’s office amended the charges against the teenager who was initially arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder after “new evidence … came to light after the filing decision was made,” officials said in a news release.
