Somehow it is already November and naturally we are thinking about the end of this year and the beginning of a new one. As we move into cooler days and earlier nights (and the impending holiday season), it’s important to make time for you. That’s why we’ve rounded up seven local wellness activities that will support your body, mind, and soul over the next few months. See what’s in store below.

Opulent facial treatments

Last September, 111 THE SKIN — the doctor-led luxury skincare brand — has launched a partnership with Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. Head to the dream spa on the 57th floor for four different treatments, including the Black Diamond Non-Surgical Lift and the Rose Gold Radiant Facial, which incorporates rose quartz crystals and colloidal gold. $265-$365; book Here.

Pilates and pool time

Every Wednesday through November 27, Philly fit pro Coach Zha leads a 40-minute mat Pilates class inside WET Bar at W. (We tried and I loved it!) Next, enjoy some social swimming in the hotel’s heated outdoor pool. The experience starts at 18.00 $40; reserve a seat Here.

New fitness studios

Ambler must be rejoicing right now, as two fitness studios have just opened in the Montgomery County town. Spin Shack — which opened Oct. 19 — hosts indoor cycling classes and full-body workouts to the beat of music. Camaraderieopened on October 28, it is a yoga and mind-body space with a program of yin, Vinyasa, Qigong, conscious dance and more. Prices vary.

Good for you Sunday

every sunday The Rittenhouse Spa & Club offers an indulgent hair wash—with a scalp massage and custom Kérastase hair mask to start—followed by a blowout. Then go enjoy yourself Lacroix for an extravagant brunch. $200; reserve by email or phone (215-790-2500).

Healthy monthly happy hour

Recharging the mind and mood — the one monthly wellness series put on by the Penn Museum and Penn Medicine—is back for another year, and it’s even better than before! Every first Wednesday evening through April, indulge in yoga (four classes each evening!), meditation, sound baths, art making, a botanical bar and a wellness market. $18; free for PennCard holders, Penn Museum members, and Penn Medicine patients and staff; book Here.

A sober epic festival

Earlier this year, Dry Vibes brought their social event without alcohol in Philly. The all-day affair returns in 2025 – January 18, to be exact – in partnership with SELF(ish) Philly. Expect cocktail demos, a N/A pop-up bottle shop, insightful panels, a vendor marketplace, and a “spiritual sanctuary” where you can try a variety of wellness modalities and purchase products. Tickets start at $99; buy Here.

Seasonal skin care at home

This time of year is all about pumpkins! But did you know that pumpkins are actually good for your skin? (It’s hydrating, exfoliating, brightening, and anti-inflammatory.) Enter the new Sabbatical Beauty Serum latte with pumpkin spicemade with four types of pumpkin extract to firm and strengthen the skin, two types of milk to give your skin ultimate nourishment and some caffeine and fatty acids. Get it while you can! Last batch! $35-$108; buy Here.
