The former Pro Bowl center was on campus as a guest analyst on ESPN’s “College GameDay.” He was approached by a fan who called his brother Travis Kelce a slur over him dating music star Taylor Swift.

Older brother Kelce took exception to the confrontation and smashed the fan’s phone to the ground.

What did Jason Kelce do?

Kelce was involved in an incident with a Penn State fan on Saturday, Nov. 2, outside Beaver Stadium in Pennsylvania, which resulted in the former NFL center crashing the fan’s phone.

A fan wearing a Penn State hoodie was filmed approaching Kelce, asking the former Eagles star, “How does it feel about your brother dating Taylor Swift?”

Kelce responded by turning to the fan, grabbing the cell phone and slamming it against the concrete.

Video was taken of the incident involving Kelce and the Penn State fan.

The fan is seen following Kelce from behind with a cell phone recording the confrontation. While walking back from the ESPN analyst, Kelce turns around, grabs the phone and throws it to the ground.

Another video was also posted following the incident. Kelce is seen handing the phone back to the fan as he asks, “Who’s fa—now?”

According to the Daily Times Centera Penn State police spokesman said the department is investigating the incident between Kelce and the Penn State fan.

In the crime log, the situation is listed with “criminal mischief” and “disorderly conduct” as potential violations.

Ahead of the Week 9 “Monday Night Football” matchup between the Chiefs and Buccaneers on ESPN, Kelce opened the network’s previous broadcast with an apology for how he handled the situation, expressing remorse for his actions.

“I’m not happy with anything that took place,” Kelce said. “I’m not proud of it. And in a hot moment, I chose to meet hate with hate. And I just don’t think that’s a productive thing.

“At that point, I fell to a level I shouldn’t have.”

ESPN will not discipline Kelce for his actions at Penn State, according to the report David Rumsey of Front Office Sports. There was speculation that he might be suspended by the network, but there will be no such action.
