A man who was found with injuries after a shooting in Fulton on Friday has died, according to the Fulton Police Department.

The Fulton Police Department said earlier Friday that officers were called to the 1400 block of Route C (Mokane Road) and found a man inside a home with life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance.

The police wrote on his social media page Friday afternoon that Dominique Ford is the shooting victim. He was 27 years old. Police are looking for suspects.

“The victim of the earlier incident in the 1400 block of State Rt. C has been identified as Dominique Ford, 27, of Fulton. Mr Ford has succumbed to his injuries and our investigation continues. We are actively searching for suspects from leads generated over time. “If you have any information regarding this incident, please contact the Fulton Police Department 573-592-3100,” the post said.

Police have not released any information about a suspect.
