Looks like he has a good deal.

Sugar heir Alexander “Nico” Fanjul pleaded guilty – and received four years of probation and 200 hours of community service – for a shocking domestic violence incident at his home in Palm Beach, Florida.

On Monday, a judge ruled that Fanjul — who was charged with petit larceny, criminal mischief and felonious assault stemming from the incident earlier this year — serve “concurrent terms of four years’ probation for the battery charge and one year for each offense . crimes,” he reported Palm Beach Post.

Fanjul was also arrested for domestic violence in April 2023. PALM BEACH POLICE STATION

A representative for Fanjul said in a statement to Page Six: “We thank all parties for this resolution. Nico was very clear that he is focused and will continue to improve and be a positive influence in his community.”

Fanjul — whose family owns Florida Crystals and Fanjul Corp, a major US and Dominican Republic sugar and real estate conglomerate — was arrested in January when neighbors called 911 after hearing a woman screaming.

Police arrived and found Fanjul standing over a woman “in a defensive ‘fetal’ position,” a police report said.

An officer saw the woman’s face bleeding, the report said, and the unidentified woman told officers she had been physically assaulted and “thought she was going to die.”

The two had dined earlier at tenant Flagler Steakhouse at the luxury Breakers hotel when the wealthy Fanjul became enraged and “became irate because the two were being seated by a gay couple at the restaurant,” according to the police report.

Fanjul’s representative said “restaurant employees were interviewed and denied hearing or seeing anything Mr. Fanjul was upset about who he sat next to.”

Following the arrest, Page Six exclusively reported that Sugar’s scion headed to luxury rehab in MarchAll Points North in Edwards, Colorado near Vail.

Apparently reality TV star Scott Disick sought treatment there in 2020.

He previously faced allegations of domestic violence from ex-girlfriend, socialite Tinsley Mortimer.

Fanjul appears to have continued treatment at another posh mountain destination: Court documents obtained by Page Six in April 2024 gave him permission to “reside temporarily in Sun Valley, Idaho, and continue his outpatient treatment with the All Points North (APN) Telehealth program”.

“As part of this program, the defendant will participate in and comply with drug/alcohol testing
requests, including two (2) weekly random instant saliva toxicology screening tests, daily
random breathalyzer monitoring tests and random urine testing two (2) times per week,” court documents state.

It had also been Fanjul arrested in April 2023 for a separate incident after an unnamed female friend called authorities claiming the sugar mogul “attacked her to the ground.”

Mortimer said of their two-year relationship: “There were times when I felt like I wasn’t going to make it. I was going to be one of those tragic stories you see on TV.” Getty Images for Tribeca TV

The unidentified woman said in the affidavit that she entered his home to retrieve her purse — when Fanjul allegedly “attacked her and knocked her to the ground, causing her to land on her back and told her : “You are not f. – the king goes anywhere.'”

The woman told police at the time that Fanjul had “an unreported history of physical violence against her, often physically restraining her.”

Fanjul’s representative tells us that he has not been charged.

He and previously faced domestic violence charges a decade ago from ex-girlfriend, socialite and one-time “Real Housewives of New York” star Tinsley Mortimer.

Fanjul’s family denied the allegations to Page Six at the time.

According to a past report from People“In 2013, Mortimer was hospitalized for a head injury and two June 2014 police reports disclosed other altercations between the couple in which Fanjul allegedly suffocated Mortimer with a pillow and pushed her head onto the sidewalk,” according to the police report. It is unclear if charges have been filed.

Police were also called to a domestic violence incident at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., on Mortimer’s birthday in 2014, but she did not press charges, People reported.
