On Monday, Nov. 4, the 38-year-old actress shared her struggle to get Daughter Matilda, 19 months to sleep because the clocks went back an hour on Sunday, November 3rd.

“I finally understand why parents always struggle about their kids and daylight saving time,” Cuoco wrote over a photo of herself. “Now I know. I understand. i see you Why does the world do this to us?”

The Big Bang Theory alum later posted a video about DST from Caitlin Murray Big Time Adulting Instagram page.

“What are we doing here changing the clocks?” Murray asked. “Why are we doing this? This is a direct attack on parents of young children. It’s a well-known fact that when you have young children, hours in the day are measured in dog years.”

She joked: “By 11am, some of us would have already been up with our children for 42 hours.”

Meanwhile, Cuoco also shared a video in which Matilda appears to be tired but refusing to fall asleep.

“I wish she’d admit she’s tired. Look at those yawns… Look at them! WHY ARE WE AWAKE,” Cuoco wrote as her daughter sat in her high chair.

The adorable cat was filmed holding on to her juice pack while yawning.

Cuoco’s posts come after her and her family celebrated Halloween.

While she and Pelphrey, 42, dressed as each other, Matilda wore a rainbow unicorn costume.

Striking a family pose, Cuoco sported a blue NFL jersey, fake beard and baseball cap, while Pelphrey sported a blonde wig, pink Nike hoodie and white sneakers.
