New poll shows Trump and Harris up in battleground states · The Floridian

The 2024 presidential election was an unconventional election cycle to say the least. On the eve of Election Night, we’re no closer to estimating who has the upper hand heading into the polls. New data from the New York Times shows that Pres Donald trump card (R) won support in Pennsylvania, but Vice Pres Kamala Harris (D) he also gained support in North Carolina and Georgia. The 2024 presidential election remains close, and the candidates are making their final pitches.

In Florida, despite the Democratic Party’s efforts to mobilize support, Republicans showed up to early and mail-in ballots, reaching a lead of more than 845,000 votes. As previously reported by the floridianThe GOP has such an advantage over the Democratic Party that even if 100% of Democrats turned out to vote, only 45% of the remaining registered Republicans would need to vote to maintain that lead.

Democrats have consistently argued that Florida is up for grabs, but the numbers show that if 100 percent of Democrats vote by 7 p.m. on Election Day — 4.4 million registered Democrats — Florida Republicans would only need to turn out 80 % of their registered members come out on top.

According to one New York Times/Siena College Poll held during October 24th and November 2whenVice President Harris leads in Nevada, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Georgia; chairman trump card drive in Arizona; and both candidates are tied in Pennsylvania and Michigan. The poll polled 7,878 likely voters in battleground states as both candidates campaign aggressively for support.

In Georgia, Vice President Harris leads the president trump card by 1 point (48%-47%). The state has been at the forefront of conversations about election integrity. Last month, Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) tried to assuage concerns by promoting ballots and the state’s commitment to reporting rapid tabulations.

Gabriel Sterling (R)a Republican director of operations for Secretary Raffensperger, countered in his remarks, while also questioning voters who doubt the election process. During an interview with 60 Minutes, Sterling commented that “voter suppression is fake. Electoral fraud is fake. It’s used to raise money and piss you off.”
