Diddy’s lawyers seek gag order to silence witness who claims he has ‘Freak off’ tapes

Sean “Diddy” CombsThe legal team tries to silence a grand jury witness by asking the judge to slap him with a gag order.

On Sunday (November 3), Diddy’s legal team sent a letter to a federal judge, asking the court to expedite their earlier request for a gag order. They are asking the judge to grant their motion “immediately” in light of recent bombshell statements made by a witness.

The lawyers argue that a “poop of improper pre-trial publicity” undermines Diddy’s “right to a fair trial and the integrity of the grand jury proceedings.”

The letter quotes a grand jury witness Courtney Burgesswho recently gave several interviews claiming to have seen videos of Diddy assaulting celebrities while intoxicated. He claimed at least two minors were in the records. Burgess also said he has Kim Porter’s “unedited” memoir and is negotiating a publishing deal with Amazon.

Diddy’s lawyers claim: “These stories quickly spread through the media and created the impression that such videos exist, which is false, and that the government actually credits his sensational claims, which is deeply prejudicial.

“By treating these ridiculous claims as anything other than a pathetic extortion scheme, the government is fueling the fire of online conspiracy theories and making it impossible for Mr. Combs to have a fair trial.”

The letter also notes the nearly year-long federal investigation into Diddy’s alleged “freaks” “does not refer to ‘men’ at ‘parties’ or alleged minor victims.”

Courtney Burgess claims to have seen incriminating tapes with Diddy and several stars

Diddy’s request for an immediate gag order comes after Burgess gave several interviews in recent days, including one with NewsNation Banfield last Thursday (October 31). He claimed that a mutual friend of Diddy’s ex, Kim Porter, gave him 11 flash drives.

The leads allegedly contained at least eight videos of alleged sexual assault involving eight famous victims. Burgess claimed that “two to three” were minors and all of the victims were “intoxicated or under the influence”.
