Man identified in Colorado Springs murder near Interquest and Voyager

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police in Colorado Springs on Friday identified a man killed in a Sunday homicide.

Police posted on their online blotter that they were called to the 11100 block of Cedar Glenn Vw. at approximately 1:44 am. The neighborhood is close to Voyager Parkway and Interquest Parkway. The police were called to reports of a disturbance and when they arrived at the scene they found a dead man.

Police identified the man as 27-year-old Dominic Godinez.

Police said the coroner’s office is still investigating the cause and manner of death. As of Friday afternoon, no arrests had been made.
