Three people were charged Tuesday with drug trafficking while armed after an investigation by the Daviess Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives also recovered a gun from the home, along with drug paraphernalia, the release said.

Denson, Derwin E. White, 31, also of the 1200 block of Helga Court, and Justin R. Bowlds, 26, of Beaver Dam were each charged with three counts of first-degree trafficking in a substance controlled while they were armed, for alleged trafficking. fentanyl, LSD and methamphetamine. All three were also charged with trafficking marijuana while armed and possession of drug paraphernalia while armed.

In addition, Bowlds and White were also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Sheriff’s office reports say Denson was also arrested on Sept. 24 after a search warrant was served at her home on Helga Court. In that investigation, Denson was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (unspecified drug, more less than 20 dosage units) and endangering the welfare of a minor.
