Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused of sexually assaulting two minors in separate lawsuits filed in New York, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

One plaintiff was a 10-year-old boy pursuing a career in the entertainment industry when he met Diddy in 2005 and the disgraced music mogul told the child he could “make him a star.”

Filed anonymously as “John Doe,” the plaintiff alleged in his lawsuit that the “Last Night” singer drugged him during an audition in a hotel room before sexually assaulting him.

Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted a minor in a new lawsuit filed Monday.

Doe flew to new york with his parents to meet people in the music industry and also attended a magazine photo shoot, the documents state. A consultant hired by Doe’s parents facilitated a meeting with Diddy, who indicated that he “wants to meet with the plaintiff alone before meeting with the family.”

The consultant then took plaintiff to the audition at a hotel near the family’s hotel across the street from Madison Square Garden.

“The plaintiff performed several rap songs for Combs. Combs complimented the plaintiff on his rap and told the plaintiff he could “make him a star,” according to the documents.

When Diddy asked Doe “how much she wanted to be a star,” the plaintiff replied that she would do “anything,” the documents state.

Other people present in the room at that time gave the applicant a juice, which he drank. He soon began to feel “a little funny,” the lawsuit states. “Upon information and belief, Combs, alone or through his agents/employees, previously spiked the drink with drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” The lawsuit included a photo of “an exemplary container used by Combs and/or his agents/employees to introduce GHB into the drink,” as seen below.

“After the complainant consumed his soda and began to feel the effects, Combs told the complainant to come closer to him, which the complainant did. Then Combs suddenly pushed the plaintiff and said things like “you have to do some things you don’t want to do.” to do sometimes.”

The lawsuit alleges that Diddy forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex.

“Understandably, the plaintiff froze in terror as the attack continued,” the suit says.

The accuser “passed out,” and when he awoke, he “immediately began to cry,” the documents state. “The applicant’s trousers were undone and his anus and buttocks were badly injured. Combs was still present. The applicant cried that he wanted to go to his mother and father. Combs responded that if plaintiff told anyone about what happened, it would hurt plaintiff’s mother. and bad dad.”

According to a separate lawsuit, Diddy allegedly assaulted a minor competing for a spot on MTV’s “Making the Band.”

He eventually told his parents what had happened, but they were “terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

In a separate lawsuit filed Monday, another accuser was 17 when she auditioned for the MTV series over three days. “Making the Band”. Filed anonymously under “John Doe,” the accuser claimed during a one-on-one interview with Diddy that she was asked hypothetical questions involving sexual pressure.

MTV representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

“As Combs described these scenarios, he began sexually assaulting the complainant by touching him both over and under his clothes, including groping and caressing his p—s and instructing the complainant to undress,” the lawsuit states.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was indicted last month on racketeering and sex-trafficking charges in New York.

In addition to describing explicit scenarios, Diddy exercised his power over Plaintiff’s future in the music industry, stating that he “had the ability to ‘make or break’ Plaintiff’s career.”

By the second day of auditions, the applicant had to endure a longer interview process, which involved being stripped down to demonstrate “the ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona” for the band’s image. “This encounter eventually turned into Combs forcing the plaintiff to perform oral sex with him and Combs sodomizing the plaintiff,” the lawsuit states.

On the third day of auditions, Diddy presented his bodyguard “T” in sexual advances for “as a test of the plaintiff’s willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in the music industry.”

“‘T’ asked the complainant for oral sex, and while the complainant complied due to force, Combs sexually assaulted him again, simultaneously groping and fondling both the complainant and the bodyguard,” it reads in process. Diddy expressed his “dissatisfaction” with the plaintiff’s facial expressions and ultimately eliminated him from the competition, claiming he was “distrustful because of his reservations about performing oral sex with a bodyguard.”

Diddy’s legal team said in a statement to Fox News Digital: “The attorney behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as evidenced by his constant media appearances and 1-800 number. As I said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or proven false prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Diddy was charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution in a federal indictment unsealed Sept. 17. If convicted, he faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum of life in prison. .

Authorities are backing Combs ran a criminal enterprise through his businesses, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global, among others. He used “firearms, threats of violence, coercion and verbal, emotional, physical and sexual abuse” to fulfill his sexual desires, according to the unsealed indictment obtained by Fox News Digital.

Diddy faced off numerous allegations of sexual assault from anonymous accusers, most recently a 13-year-old victim who claimed she was raped at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party while two unnamed celebrities looked on, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital .
