Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexually assaulting 10-year-old child in new trial

In 2005, the parents of a 10-year-old boy from Los Angeles were looking to help their son’s burgeoning career and flew him to New York to meet people in the music industry.

Sean Combs told a consultant the family hired that he wanted to meet the boy alone, according to a new civil lawsuit filed Monday in New York.

In a hotel room, the plaintiff performed several rap songs for Combs, who told the boy, identified as John Doe in the suit, that he could “make him a star,” the suit says.

“Combs asked plaintiff how much he wanted to be a star and what plaintiff would do to become one. The plaintiff responded, like any ten-year-old, that he “would do anything,” the suit says.

At this point, according to the lawsuit, one of the other people present gave the boy a soda, which made him feel “a little funny.”

“After the complainant consumed his soda and began to feel the effects, Combs told the complainant to come closer to him, which the complainant did. Then Combs suddenly pushed the plaintiff and said things like “you have to do some things you don’t want to do.” to do sometimes,'” according to the lawsuit, which then describes an alleged sexual assault.

The incident was alleged in one of two new lawsuits filed Monday against Combs.

In a separate civil suit, Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old man at an audition for the reality TV show “Making the Band” under the guise of asking how the teenager would handle situations involving sexual pressure.

The lawsuit said Combs, during a three-day audition, groped and fondled the teenager as he “emphasized his power to control the plaintiff’s future in the music industry.”

During a second interview, Combs “instructed the plaintiff to strip, explaining that the plaintiff needed to demonstrate the ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona, which was allegedly necessary for the band’s image,” the suit says. “This encounter also turned into Combs forcing the complainant to perform oral sex with him.”

On the third day of the hearing, Combs allegedly forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex with the bodyguard. When the teenager hesitated, the lawsuit said, he was eliminated from the competition “with Combs claiming the plaintiff was untrustworthy due to reservations about performing oral copulation with the bodyguard,” the lawsuit states.

The lawsuits were filed by Andrew van Arsdale and Tony Buzbee, the same attorneys who said they are evaluating the claims of more than 100 of Combs’ alleged victims. Several have already been filed in recent weeks.

ABC News has reached out to Combs’ attorney for comment on the latest two lawsuits.

Combs has denied the allegations against him. In an Oct. 15 court filing, defense attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos described the allegations made by the anonymous plaintiffs as “from false to absolutely absurd” and asked that they be identified.

Combs, who was arrested last month on general charges of sex traffickingpleaded not guilty in this case. As part of his defense, Combs’ lawyers asked the judge to order federal prosecutors to reveal the identities of his accusers.
