Kanye ‘Ye’ West is back in controversy. The rapper was sued by model Jenn An, who accused the rapper of sexual assault in 2010.

An, who is a former contestant on America’s Next TopModel, said the incident allegedly took place on the set of a music video for La Roux’s “In for the Kill” in 2010. Along with the rapper, she also sued Universal Music Group for gender-based violence.

In a lawsuit filed in New York federal court, Jenn claims Kanye assaulted and strangled her with both hands while grooming her for oral sex.

In a lawsuit, according to TMZ, An claims that filming the video took a “horrific turn” when Kanye picked her out of a lineup of women, saying, “Give me the Asian girl.”

Calling her humiliating and dangerous, An revealed that she was wearing underwear and told Ye that she wasn’t wearing much. To this, West replied, “That’s why I chose you.”

In the suit, she also alleged that rapper Donda strangled her with both hands and then “smothered” her face with his hands. He allegedly “struck her with several fingers on her neck and rode her to imitate forced oral sex.”

This gruesome act went on for over a minute and the music video shoot felt more like “porn gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetish”

All the while, Ye shouted, “This is art. This is a damn art. I’m like Picasso”. Notably, Ye and Jenn did not appear in the music videos.

This new lawsuit is in addition to several legal cases filed against West. In October, Ye was sued by a former nurse, Lauren Pisciotta, who accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party.

Pisciotta worked with Ye as an assistant from 2021 to 2022.
